Z-ME-KZ-PS Digital Position Controller

The Z-ME-KZ-PS is a digital closed-loop controller designed specifically for plastic injection molding machines. It performs velocity and force/pressure closed-loop control according to real-time commands (analog or fieldbus) generated by the machine control unit. The controller receives position and pressure feedback signals and generates a reference signal to the proportional valve that regulates hydraulic flow to the injection actuator.

The controller supports multiple position transducer types (SSI, incremental encoder, potentiometer, analog) and pressure transducer inputs. It is housed in a Eurocard format (DIN 41494) and features a front panel with a 4-digit display, function keys, status LEDs, test points, and communication ports for configuration and diagnostics.
