Field Supply Gate Amplifier Board
Phase-controls the four SCR gates in the field-exciter supply bridge and provides the documented protective functions.
DS200FSAAG1 is a GE single-phase field supply gate amplifier board. In the DS2020FEA field exciter, its G1 hardware phase-controls four SCRs for non-reversing plugging operation and provides crowbar and SCR overvoltage protection. The six JP1–JP6 jumpers also permit the documented NRX mode.
